Suspend Extra Cards

Suspend "Extra" Vocabulary¶

Approximately one-quarter of the vocabulary in the DPD Beginner Course is derived from the "Extra" sections of the exercises. These words are provided for additional study but are not required for passing the basic course.

If you don't wish to study them, you can suspend them in Anki to focus only on the mandatory vocabulary.

How to Suspend Extra Cards¶

1. Open the Browse tab in Anki.

2. Select your "Vocab Pāli Class" deck.

3. Add the following to the search field:

"deck:Vocab Pali Class" extra:_*

4. Select all matching cards (Ctrl + A).

5. Click Toggle Suspend (or press Ctrl + J).
