There are 2 Voices

   
Active Voice
(parassapada)
the action transfers to another person
e.g. hanati – he hits (someone else)
Middle or Reflective Voice
(attanopada)6
the action comes back to the agent
e.g. hanate – he hits (himself)

There are 2 numbers

       
1. singular vadati he speaks
2. plural vadanti they speak

And there are 3 persons

2nd person tvaṃ vadasi you speak tumhe vadatha you all speak
1st person ahaṃ vadāmi I speak mayaṃ vadāma we speak


Please note that Pāli grammars refer to the 3 persons in the opposite order of English.
