When ṃ is followed by e, it can become ññ

When ṃ is followed by h, it can become ñ

e.g. taṃ + eva > taññeva

ayaṃ + hi > ayañhi

In Kaccāyana this is called (32) ehe ñaṃ.

taṃ	eva	taññeva	just that
ahaṃ	eva	ahaññeva	just I
paccattaṃ	eva	paccattaññeva	just personally
ayaṃ	hi	ayañhi	this indeed
evaṃ	hi	evañhi	thus indeed
kiṃ	hi	kiñhi	what indeed?

Counter-examples:

evaṃ etaṃ > evaṃ etaṃ

evaṃ hoti > evaṃ hoti
