The website is slightly slower than using a dedicated app like GoldenDict, MDict or DictTango, but has the advantage of always being up-to-date with the latest database information. No updating is necessary.

You can also use www.dpdict.net as an API to get the latest DPD info in GoldenDict and DictTango.
